How to Cut Brass with WeCreat Lumos Flex

I picked up multiple thicknesses of brass. Let’s try out .08 inches. Not too thick, not too thin.

You want to really tape this in place. We’re going to heat this up, and don’t want it moving around.

Now here is the secret when it comes to brass. You want it a tiny, tiny bit out of focus. Trust me.

Make sure you are in Fiber mode. The settings I have for these charms is 100 power, 30 speed and 200 passes. Don’t worry, it’ll go pretty fast. This took me 12 minutes to cut out. See how fast it’s going!

Then bam! These are the first METAL jewelry charms and they will not be my last. If you make jewelry, this machine is a desktop sized business. What would you make if you could laser cut brass?
